Mayor challenged on messy train land

Lib Dem London Assembly Transport spokesperson, Caroline Pidgeon, challenged the Mayor on this at his monthly question time. Caroline took up this campaign after the Lib Dem team in Wimbledon brought the state of local railway land to her attention.
